A dangerously drinkable cocktail

THE NEGRONI


Ingredients
25ml Penzance Gin,
25ml Campari,
25ml Sweet Vermouth,
Squeeze of Fresh Orange Juice

Method
Stir into glass over ice, garnish and serve

A dash of Vitamin C

THE SOUTHWEST SIDE


Ingredients
40ml Penzance Gin,
30ml Lime Juice,
15ml Sugar Syrup and Mint Leaves for garnish.

Method
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a martini glass
* Add some soda water for fizz

Bitter and Sweet

GRAPEFRUIT FIZZ


Ingredients
30ml Penzance Gin,
60ml Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
250ml Prosecco,
Grapefruit Slice and Ice

Method
Fill the glass with ice then pour in the gin followed by grapefruit juice. Top with Prosecco and tonic water. Serve with a slice of grapefruit.

A Taste of Summer

ORANGE BLOSSOM


Ingredients
25ml Penzance gin
25ml sweet vermouth
25ml orange juice

Method
Pour all of your ingredients over plenty of ice, into your glass. Stir gently to combine and garnish with an orange peel.

A very berry affair

PENZANCE BRAMBLE


Ingredients

50ml Penzance gin
30ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
15ml crème de mûre (blackberry liqueur)
15ml Sugar Syrup
Lemon slice, to garnish
Fresh (or thawed) blackberries, to garnish
Method
In a shaker packed with ice, shake gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup vigorously. Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Drizzle liqueur over ice
